La Fabrique du 3e
was a partnership between Emmaüs
NGO and Duperré School of Applied Arts.
Emmaüs gave Duperré students second-hand wedding dresses to upcycle, in order to enhance those textiles, which are quite difficult pieces to sell, and to make unique and original pieces.
I embroidered by hand with pearls and lace the dress I was entrusted with.
